This position reports to Head of Business Support and work closely with other departments and business partners to provide new business administrative support for pre and post sales.

Specific Responsibilities 

Individual to be involved in:
1. New Business Administration: reviewing all applications and ensure they meet PIAS and regulatory requirements
2. Lodgment of client and product information, premium amount into system
3. Approve applications from internal and external systems
4. Attend to enquiries and feedbacks from internal departments and external partners

Technical Skills and Competencies

1. Learn new business administration skills and workflow processes on various Life and  Investment products which are key knowledge in insurance industry
2. Personal effectiveness: Accuracy and eye for detail and understand impact in system record keeping and other downstream impacts such as commission-payment.
3. Learn administration of various internal and external systems and platforms from business partners
4. Engagement and communication skills between key stakeholders such as employees, advisers and product providers professionally

Eligibility Criteria for SGUP-EA:

• All Singaporeans and Permanent Residents are eligible for the programme, with the exception of recent graduates who should apply for the SGUnited Traineeships Programme instead.
