This is a great job for someone who has experience in Intermediated Sales to Wealth Advisory firms and a good understanding of how the wrap market has evolved to allow Platforms to become the preferred solution for aggregating client assets and planning their investment and tax orientated needs.

A bit about the job:

The Aviva platform has been developed specifically for Wealth Advisory firms, and Aviva are an established leader already in this market. However, we are looking to grow the assets on platform substantially as a core part of the overall Group strategy, and the Business Development Manager (telephony) (BDMt) is the key relationship holder with these firms, working closely with the help of a Team to assist with onboarding, training, technical and administrative support. As well as growing assets on the Platform, the BDMt is also responsible for protecting existing assets both on platform and in legacy products.

This role can be available for home working with travel to Aviva/Client offices.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

· 
A good understanding of the diverse needs of Advisers operating in this market and how Aviva’s platform can optimise their business needs/client solutions

· 
Good technical knowledge of investment solutions, savings and retirement products/wrappers, personal taxation and the digital technology that supports advice firms (must be CII diploma qualified)

· 
An understanding of the main advised platform competitors and their market positioning

· 
Good knowledge and understanding of regulatory and industry issues and ability to communicate at all levels within the business

· 
Good commercial acumen around Pricing both in winning new business and retention of existing assets
