Business Analyst - Yardi Voyager - London

We are looking to hire a Business Analyst into our Yardi Voyager Support team in London.

The Role

As a Business Analyst you will support change management for the Yardi Voyager system. You will be involved in the data management, testing and implementation as well as continuous development to ensure that the system is our golden source.

The Team

The Aviva Investors Yardi Voyager Support team partner with the Executive team to help shape the overall business strategy. They take ownership and are the gatekeepers to ensure accuracy and continue to improve on the efficiency and output of the system. They also provide the delivery and governance capability that will ensure successful delivery of the strategic global roadmap as well as the mandatory and regulatory initiatives.

Responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for:

·         Supporting the users both internally and externally

·         Create process documents and training guides and ensure they are updated in line with any changes to the system

·         Communicate any changes and ensure sufficient training is provided to the users

·         Analysing and identifying solutions to satisfy business requirements - including changes to the system and business processes

·         Manage and maintain the development/improvement request list (Yardi backlog issue list) and work with the business, Yardi & system developer to ensure resolutions are sought in a timely manner.

·         Identifying process improvement opportunities wherever possible

·         Actively identifying risk and use effective risk management and reduction techniques

·         Managing small to medium projects or initiatives where appropriate

Requirements

Essential

·         Have a sound knowledge of Real Estate

·         Have a sound knowledge of Yardi Voyager

·         Have strong property management experience including a knowledge of lease set up and service charge

Highly Desirable

·         Experience in data implementation

·         Experience in writing simple YSR reports

·         Experience working with stakeholders to gain information required
