This is a great job for someone who has experience working in broker or client facing roles and is great at building relationships and building strong connections with people. Knowledge of the insurance market and effective stakeholder management are essential to this role.

A bit about the job:

A Broker Development manager in the London Market team is a key conduit for Aviva across the whole spectrum of Aviva’s product lines. The BDM is there to facilitate the relationship between Aviva and its brokers, enabling smooth communication and pipelines of business, as well as tackling any challenges which may look to impact Aviva’s performance. Operating in the London market you will be exposed to complex risk structures and dynamic placement of policies as Aviva drives forward its global, corporate and specialty business.
