Job description

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Policy Servicing Operations, we are looking for a high calibre individual who can help design, shape and deliver CS’s strategic priorities and support product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

·  To support customer service transformation strategy within policy servicing function and to drive customer centric culture within the team. This role needs strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement across various departments in delivering a seamless end to end customer experience.
·  Responsible in managing projects/product launches/system enhancement on a day-to-day basis, working with key stakeholders on project outputs, timelines and business requirements , establishing structure, review test results and sign-off, identifying/managing risks and monitoring/reporting progress.
·  Improve operational efficiency and achieve great customer outcomes by improving customer satisfaction through simplification of business rules, automation and digitalization.

Education Qualifications

·  Tertiary qualification
·  CLI, ILP, FNA or M5, M8, M9, HI (preferred)

Required Capability:

·  Project management and able to manage stakeholders effectively
·  Good working knowledge on policy servicing and premium management processes
·  Good communication skills - proficient in oral and written skills
·  Good understanding of the principles for all types of individual life, individual health, investment-linked and group term life & health products
·  Good understanding of the regulatory aspects of individual life, individual health, investment-linked and group term life & health products insurance industry (MAS, LIA, CPF Board, MOH)
·  Knowledge in AS400 / CM400 / Dotsphere / BPM Workflow / eBAO / FNZ
·  Good interpersonal skills
·  Meticulous with an eye for details
·  Good process design and improvement skills
·  Systems Thinking mindset
·  Possess creative thinking skills
