Apprenticeship Programme Manager

Salary national: £45,000-50,000, London: £60,000-65,000

We are looking for someone who will enable Aviva to be the first insurance organisation to become an Apprenticeship Employer Provider by the end of 2024. If you enjoy being part of something new and want to help us make this a reality, we would love to hear from you!

A bit about the job:

In this role you will define and own the end-to-end project management of becoming an employer provider and continuing to develop and improve the programme once implemented.

You will work with our Apprenticeship Lead, Early Careers Lead and Capability Leads to establish the Aviva Employer Apprenticeship and our approach to designing and delivering apprenticeships in our customer facing teams.

You will drive strong collaboration with the Learning team and across the Culture Talent & Capability (CTC) function to ensure CTC initiatives are aligned and deliver good business outcomes.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

·  Apprenticeship Levy knowledge
·  Learning design and skill development experience with strong organisation, prioritisation, and planning skills.
·  Forward-thinking mindset and an ability to develop new ideas, be creative and join the dots
·  Comfortable with ambiguity. Self-motivated and able to work at pace and with energy and have an ability to work flexibly and adapt to ever changing demands.
·  Ability to challenge and positively influence others, at all levels and resilient to resistance from stakeholders.

·  Salary national: £45,000-50,000, London: £60,000-65,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
