What you’ll do:

Responsible for information gathering and analysis of potential debt and equity transactions including:
·
Conducting preliminary assessment and due diligence on information received.
·
Financial modeling and valuation.
·
Present clear and concise business cases along with supporting information to aide in the decision-making process.
·
Coordinate completion of legal documentation.
·
Liaise with other internal collaborators and coordinate disbursement of funds.
·
Day to day support on existing investments, including collaborating closely with other departments
·
Maintain standard processes in managing compliance over the existing portfolio.
·
Establish and continue to build relationships with broker partners ensuring receipt of compliance documents and adherence to agreed upon covenants on a quarterly and annual basis; interpretation of covenants will require detailed review of loan agreements and legal documentation to satisfy governance expectations.

Identify and address borrowers not in compliance and formulate corrective action plans.
·
Collaboration with Treasury to ensure accurate tracking of loan payments and ad hoc loan requests from borrowers.
·
Utilization of Northridge loan management system to optimally handle ad hoc loan requests from internal and external partners.
·
Liaise with Business Development in each region to gather market information and understanding of factors affecting performance of specific brokers, as and when required.
·
Preparing presentations & running reports, as and when required.
·
Attending meetings and taking minutes.
·
Other ad hoc duties as required.
What you’ll bring :
·
Ideally, Finance / Accounting related university degree together with a designation.
·
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills; customer centric approach.
·
Advanced financial modeling and report writing skills.
·
Strong financial management, risk & governance, operational improvement background.
·
Prior lending experience with proven credit assessment, is a plus.
·
Knowledge of Mergers and Acquisitions, due diligence process.
·
High emotional intelligence.
