In order to reinforce our commercial team, we are currently recruiting a:
Retail Merchandising Coordinator
Your mission
The retail merchandising coordinator will play a key role in supporting our newly created Retail merchandising team, by implementing product assortments and allocation of hot pieces. He/she optimizes stock availability and sales while respecting merchandising strategy, global operations and commercial guidelines across our network.
Reporting to Retail merchandising Senior Manager, you will collaborate closely with local subsidiaries as well as cross-functional teams, including supply chain, marketing and commercial to achieve business objectives and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
How will you make an impact
Merchandising
· Drive assortment definition, in collaboration with markets, marketing and commercial teams
· Follow fulfilment assortment to ensure stores are always equipped with sufficient stock for maximized productivity and brand desirability
· Monitoring of novelties implementation and performance
· Coordination with HQ supply chain and events for product support and routings to sustain sales & event needs.
· Organize and manage adequate transfer when needed
Allocation excellence
· Ensure allocation of catalog under specific merchandising strategy
· Highlight production risks to be proactive and orient sales consequently
· Consolidate markets needs and phase short term allocations accordingly on specific products (novelties, quotas, limited editions, high end,…), together with Area Sales Manager
· Manage millesimation tracking for special pieces
Project
· Support the teams over the strategic evolution of the Maison and its tools related to merchandising and product allocation
Business Intelligence
· Analyze sales trends and product performance, provide actionable insights for projects
How will you experience success
· Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain, Business or related discipline
· Min of 3 years experience, with one experience in the retail industry
· Great analytical skills and a data driven mindset
· Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Looker, Power BI is a plus)
· Great communication and interpersonal skills
· English Mandatory
