Group Internal Communication Intern - Swiss Team

Job description

We are looking for a budding communication specialist to help Richemont’s local Swiss internal communication team in delivering a wide range of communication objectives for a 6-month internship.

This fast-paced role will assist us in creating engaging and visually appealing communications, ensuring colleagues are kept up to date on the latest events, initiatives, projects and evolutions from the Group and in their workplace.

 

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?  

 

·  Produce high quality and original content for employees, reflecting the Group’s identity and visual guidelines
·  Produce and publish content in French and English on our Intranet and other platforms
·  Use text, graphics, video, photography, and/or other assets to transmit important messages across various channels (e.g., Group Intranet, local TV screens, internal social media, posters, etc.). Graphic design experience is a big plus
·  Knowledge of the latest social media practices and the ability to turn them into impactful communication to reach broad audiences

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?  

 

·  BA or master’s degree in communication, media, journalism, digital media, Public Relations, graphic design, or other similar field
·  Preferable, previous internship in the field of communication or Public Relations
·  Required computer software skills: good knowledge of Canva , proficiency in PC-based Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office 365 basics ; Word , SharePoint , and PowerPoint . Video-making skills and previous experience with Internet/Intranet CMS a plus
·  Creative thinker, in tune with the latest trends
·  Ability to work both independently and as part of the wider internal communication team
·  Reactive , organised , with good time-management skills
·  Willingness to learn and optimise the translation of complex information into concise , engaging content
·  Ability to work on several projects simultaneously from concept through completion
·  Detail-oriented with good communication and stakeholder management skills
·  Fluent (C2) French and English – German a plus
·  Internship agreement with your school/university mandatory
·  You are able to commit to a 6-months internship with starting date 01.03.2025
