HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As an HR Officer you will contribute to the overall effectiveness of the HR experience across Richemont. The team brings the HR support model to life by providing the platform for end-to-end operational processes. As and HR Officer you will be leading the way in continuous process improvement & implementing new technology solutions with a strong focus on HRIS.
Key responsibilities:

Oversee the collection, organization, exchange, and maintenance of various HR data, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems and locations; conduct regular data audits and quality checks to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Act as the primary owner of the HRIS platform, including administration, configuration, customization, and troubleshooting; collaborate with IT teams or vendors to ensure system functionality, resolve technical issues, and implement updates, enhancements, migrations, or new platforms; provide or facilitate end-user support and training to HR staff and other employees on HRIS usage.

Document HRIS procedures, processes, and best practices.

Participate in HR operational processes across the employee life-cycle including but not limited to pre-hire, onboarding, movement, offboarding, personnel file management, insurance plan, etc.

Maintain timely and accurate employee data and profile under SAP and Workday environment, including payroll data entry.

Manage full range of HR related enquires, empowering employees to solve problems by providing advisory service and/or connecting them to right tools and resources.

Active contribution in HR initiatives / projects (e.g. process improvement, HR technologies deployment, etc.) to drive enhancement of employee experience and HR efficiency.

Vendor management, support with creation of PO numbers as well as control and approve supplier costs.
·
Responsible to provide standard & ad hoc reporting according to Richemont/brand and legal requirements.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
·
Bachelor degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or business administration
·
Previous relevant experience in HR admin and/or HRIS from sizeable companies
·
HR System knowledge with experience in SAP and/or Workday is a plus
·
Experience in Benelux / Nordics employment administration is a plus
·
High proficiency in spoken and written English. Dutch and French are a plus
·
Detail-oriented with high degree of responsibility and able to work under pressure
·
Self-motivated and customer-focused with strong growth mindset and learning agility
·
Good collaboration and communication skills
·
Strong organizational and project management skills
·
Analytical and precise, with a keen eye for detail
·
Experience in digital transformation is a plus
