As our Group Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support our Group TA Director in ensuring our TA community have a good understanding of our tools, systems and methodologies, to reach hiring success. In this role, you will assist our efforts in optimizing our recruiting activities, to ensure our Regions and Maisons can meet the unique and exciting growth that lies ahead. This role reports to the Group Talent Acquisition Director, and collaborates with our Group Talent team.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
· You will coordinate initiatives and projects that ensure we co-drive the TA transformation into the future together.
· You will be part of our global TA community, collecting any TA-related needs, ensuring we keep supporting our collaborative way of working
· You will be supporting analytics and reporting initiatives linked to our data accuracy efforts, spreading from diversity hiring, University engagement and will assist in data analysis to track our successes
· You will collaborate with Employer Branding and University team on various projects, ensuring we create appropriate materials and update our toolkits for all our HR population

· You have an educational background in Human Resources , Communications , Data Analytics, Business Administration or similar
· You are at ease with technology, and enjoy working with data
· You have a business mindset, always thinking of opportunities to improve the status quo
· Excellent written and oral English language skills , another language is a plus
· Ability to plan, co-ordinate and react quickly to changes, to prioritize and manage your own workload
· High attention to detail
· Internship agreement with your school/university mandatory
· You are able to commit to a 6-months internship with starting date ideally 15.02.2025
