You will be part of Group Learning and Development team, part of People Experience and your main responsibilities will be:
HR digital ecosystem:
· Administrative support on digital platforms ( LMS, LXP, LiL, Coursera ): extracting and analysing learner activity, producing analysis reports on ongoing learning initiatives for evaluation and impact and co-ordinating with our HRIS teams ,
· Digital content curation : selection of relevant content on different topics to support different learning initiatives in collaboration with SMEs from different Functions, Maisons and Regions,
· Manage bi-annual information sessions for contracted vendors,
· Review and update vendor processes as well as administrative access to obtain all learner reports for all Maisons and Regions L&D contacts, liaise with suppliers and stakeholders when needed,
· Provide administrative support to various L&D projects run by Group L&D with Central Functions.
HR Community activation:
· Lead Community engagements on topics of digital platform, learning consumption and prepare your own slides with high quality for such presentations
· Support the People Experience team on global event organization or community engagements
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
· Curious and creative thinker , preferably with an academic qualification
· Data driven person with analytical mindset
· Understanding or practice of Instruction Design and Adult Learning pedagogy will be a great asset.
· Previous experience with a Learning Management System or a Digital leaning tool
· Basic planning, project management and communication skills
· Organized & Proactive
· Fluency in English is mandatory , French is an asset.
· You are at ease with MS Office.
· Ability to work as part of cross-functional teams
· Must be a Serial learner
· Available for a 6 -month Internship with starting date 15.04.2025
· Internship agreement with your school/university mandatory
