What are we expecting from you?

The Client Analyst will support the Client Engagement team and other functions under the guidance of the Client Engagement Senior Manager.

·  You will manage ad-hoc analysis requests and develop weekly/monthly reports in order to increase client knowledge at the office and boutiques by segmenting databases and translating data insights into predictive purchase behaviour, maximizing commercial opportunities.
·  You will measure performance results/progress on CRM, Client Experience and Clientelling programs that drive client engagement, recruitment, upgrade and loyalty.
·  You will provide Clientelling-related KPIs to boutiques and use data driven insights for better client targeting selection in all CRM/Client Experience/Clientelling activities.
·  You will manage client database to improve data accuracy and quality, resolve various data issues, and manage client consolidation, modification, and deletion process.
