Role Overview
The primary focus of the Visual Merchandising AM is responsible for visual merchandising in the East coast region.
The Visual Merchandising AM will help bring the client in-store experience to a luxury level and will have significant understanding of the overall business strategy to execute and implement visual plans in line with the brand image in Panerai Boutiques, Shop-in-Shops and Multi-brand stores.
The AM will be responsible for the management of the NSPO system, local production of VM decorations and materials not limited to window animations, provide VM training for all points-of-sales, and help support the renovations/openings of boutiques, SIS, and multi-brand stores.
Responsibilities
Support VM Manager with merchandising Retail and Wholesale points of sale throughout the east coast. Ensuring all PLV materials and decorations are up to date and up to brand’s standards
· Merchandising includes the decoration of windows, counters, backwalls, vitrines, light boxes within the SIS and multi-brand environment, as well as boutiques
· Spend at least one day out of the week in the Casa Madison flagship boutique. Help ensure VM materials are in good condition and that it is being used properly. The AM will be the local VM ambassador for Casa Madison. All animations or decorations will be supported by the AM.
· Assist with implementing Animations based on the brand guidelines but with an eye to the local physical space in the boutiques
· May include organizing national roll-out plans and local production of VM materials such as lightboxes, posters, and decorative items.
· Elevate brand presence in-store by improving display presence or décor
· Assist accounts in the correct merchandising set-up based on product assortment and key initiatives
· Manage timely inventory, ordering, distribution, and implementation of core materials to accounts
· Help track, organize and manage multiple warehouses’ inventory
· Communicate constantly with retail and wholesale accounts, NY office team, and HQ.
· Provide regular photo reports regarding status on visual implementation, areas for improvement, recommendations
· Collect and maintain photo + info databases
· Cultivate strong client relationships with multiple departments and clients. Communicate and educate account partners with regards to best VM practices
· Track and manage VM budget. This requires creating NSPO and providing SOWs, contracts, and other required legal documents. Submit invoices through NSPO or VIM in a timely manner.
· Responsible for vendor set up (Procurement).
· Work closely with VM Manager to plan with HQ, coordinate, source, and roll out all VM-related materials for new/renovation openings
· Assist with other projects as needed and provide marketing support for events.
Qualifications
Education:
· Bachelor’s Degree in design or marketing field
Required Experience:
· 3-5 years of Visual Merchandising experience
· Luxury goods experience preferred
· Store planning background helpful
Technical Skills / Abilities:
· Computer Proficient (MS Office)
· Technical programs including Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, InDesign a plus.
· SAP Experience preferred
Personal Skills:
· Attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills and very strong communication skills
· Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize.

Expected Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
