For this role, we are looking for the candidate to have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position with intranet project management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of intranet maintenance & ensure ongoing updates , as well as supporting corporate teams with content creation. Strong communication and writing skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
What are we expecting from you?
The Temp-Intranet Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Intranet platform for the Americas Region. You will also lead the regional weekly newsletter and promote internal tool engagement both for boutique & corporate teams. The Project Manager will also explore new technological solutions to deliver an exceptional omni-channel experience. This role reports to the Director of Business Intelligence and is based out of NYC.
In this role, you will:
· Facilitate intranet maintenance & ensure ongoing updates
· Partner with Regional, HQ & Richemont teams to create a single flow of communications
· Develop an annual internal communications calendar outline to ensure proactivity
· Create, proofread, edit and issue content weekly
· Structure and ensure process for content submission
· Create and maintain a live calendar events & key moments
· Develop & monitor KPIs of user activity
· Encourage proactive feedback to enhance user experience
· Leverage a problem solving mindset to further improve tool relevancy
· Partner with regional training teams to nurture tool engagement
· Provide local expertise for AEM tool (Adobe Experience Manager)
· Explore functionalities enhancements
· Partner with HQ to improve existing tools and roll-out new ones
