We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Summer Intern to join our Distribution Sales Strategies team. As a Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to interact with various aspects of our team, including creating distribution content, managing distribution events, training distribution sales people, offering insights on advanced topics, and providing professional development opportunities to our distribution employees. This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in distribution sales strategies, allowing you to develop your communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. What you do:
- Assist in handling distribution sales inquiries promptly, professionally, and courteously via phone, email, and in person.
- Collaborate closely with team members to troubleshoot distribution sales issues and provide accurate and relevant information.
- Learn about our company's products and services to effectively address distribution sales needs and concerns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor analysis to contribute to the development of distribution sales strategies.
- Support the team in managing distribution sales accounts and understanding customer needs.
- Assist in the coordination and organization of distribution sales meetings and presentations.
- Compile reports and presentations to present findings and recommendations.
- Assist in the development of content for distribution sales.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge of distribution sales strategies.
- Conduct research on training attendees satisfaction to contribute to enhancing our distribution sales support.
- Stay updated with company policies, procedures, and industry trends to provide accurate information to distribution sales teams.
- Collaborate with team members on process improvements and best practices in distribution sales.
What you bring:

- You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas.
Job posting range $20/hr - $24/hr
Note the job posting range is exclusive of company benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, competencies, and/or education. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
