We are looking for a Multinational Network Training and Development Leader, with a preference to be based in Madrid or London.

Through collaboration, expertise, and continuous learning, we drive positive change, streamline Multinational related processes, and uphold the highest standards of Multinational governance.  

 

The Impact You Will Have  

The Multinational Network Training and Development Leader plays a pivotal role in shaping the learning and development landscape within the Multinational Community. This position is crucial for driving the organization's growth and ensuring alignment with evolving business processes and responsibilities. This position is tasked with identifying training needs, designing innovative learning solutions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and engagement across the global network. 

 

The role involves a strategic approach to developing training programs that cater to diverse needs, including underwriting, claims, and other critical functions. By leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as AI and mobile applications, the Leader will streamline training delivery, making it more accessible and effective for employees worldwide. It also requires an active communicator regularly updating the network on training developments and collaborate on creating, implementing, and improving processes that support the delivery of the Multinational Value Proposition and growth ambitions. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Onboarding and Upskilling: 

  • Design a holistic upskilling model to identify and address current capability gaps, preparing the organization for future challenges. This will ensure our organization has clear knowledge and ability to support both pre-bind engagement in program designing and effective post-bind problem solving knowledge.  

  • Develop a robust onboarding process for new joiners to the Multinational organization, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals. 

  1. Training Facilitation: 

  • Organize and facilitate training sessions on relevant topics to maintain network engagement and knowledge sharing. 

  • Build an influential network of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) globally through a Train the Trainer certification process, enabling local workshop validations of new processes. 

  1. Communication and Engagement: 

  • Regularly communicate updates on training programs to the network, promoting employee engagement and sharing best practices. 

  • Collaborate on the creation, implementation, and improvement of processes supporting the delivery of the Multinational Value Proposition and growth ambitions. 

  1. Training Needs Assessment: 

  • Conduct regular surveys and engage with the network to identify training needs within the Multinational Community. 

  • Collaborate with existing underwriting, claims and multinational solutions training organizations to ensure comprehensive training coverage. 

  1. Innovative Training Methods: 

  • Utilize AI and mobile applications to streamline and enhance training delivery, making programs more accessible and effective. 

  • Continuously explore and implement new training technologies and methodologies. 

  1. External Training Engagements: 

  • Design and manage a training platform for onboarding and upskilling external network partners, ensuring alignment with organizational standards. 

  • Support the design of broker training, engagement, and certification seminars through regional Train the Trainer experts. 

  1. Event Co-Leadership: 

  • Co-lead the design of the Multinational Excellence Week, focusing on end-to-end cross-functional implementation to showcase organizational commitment to excellence. 

  1. Guideline Updates and Training Creation: 

  • Ensure training programs are updated or newly created in response to new Multinational guidelines, such as Functional Rules, Operating Guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures. 

 

What You´ll Bring to the Role 

  • Extensive experience in training and development, ideally within a multinational department 

  • Strong understanding of learning and development principles and best practices 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels 

  • Proficiency in utilizing innovative training methods and technologies 

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead complex initiatives 

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and functions.

  • Experience in applying artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to improve business processes and decision-making is highly beneficial.
