We’re looking for a Commercial Manager to play a key role in the success of our Workplace Services organization. In this pivotal position, you’ll take full end-to-end responsibility for financial operations — from pricing and forecasting to billing and performance analysis — ensuring that our IT services deliver exceptional value to both internal and external customers. What you do
- Managing and coordinating financial processes like pricing, planning, forecasting and charging
- Controlling of actuals vs. plan figures, analysis of deviations and their drivers as well as recommendation and execution of measures to ensure plan achievement
- Ensuring quality control over financial reporting and service related transactions - billing accuracy of both service provider costs as well as own AZ Technology invoices towards the Operating Entities; supporting procurement and ordering processes
What you bring
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics
- Minimum 3 years experience in Controlling or/and other commercial area (Procurement/Finance/Pricing)
- High flexibility, quick perception, team skills, reliability, resilience and organizational talent
- Self-starter and self-motivated personality, disciplined, performance driven and passionate about building up transforming businesses
- Vast knowledge of Planning and Economics, Controlling and Financial Management
- IT knowledge is a plus but not a mus
- Fluent (proficient level) in spoken and written English
- Advanced computer skills – Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel), SAP and Service Now knowledge is a plus
- Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
