About the Job
As Change and Communication Expert, you will play a pivotal role in executing global initiatives and programs on a global level in the COO function of Allianz Technology. You will be responsible to ensure that best practices, innovative technologies, regulatory requirements and quality standards are adopted on branch level. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, the Heads of Local Operations, the central team, local operations colleagues, and external partners, to drive the standardization and harmonization of operations within the branch. You will balance strategic vision with hands-on operational activities to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What you do
- Coordinate adoption of global capabilities (process, tooling, governance, etc.) locally in all AZ Technology Branches/subsidiaries/etc. Ensure full standardization and harmonization of ALL Branches going forward.
- Set and track transformation roadmaps for each Branch together with local and global capability owners. Set and track KPls to monitor local operations RUN performance.
- Ensure adherence to relevant policies and procedures to mitigate risks and compliance issues, taking action to resolve or escalate them as necessary.
- Assure timely change management and communication across all AZ Technology functions and locations. Serve as a main interface between local and global COO capabilities.
- Oversee workload management and resource allocation (internal and external), redistributing tasks as needed to optimize team efficiency. Manage sourcing strategies.
- Report local operational challenges and needs to the global team to support process enhancements and policy refinements and vice versa.
What you bring
- Strong executional leadership with experience in managing projects and service portfolios, including the implementation of global initiatives with local impact.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on operational activities, ensuring effective deployment of global capabilities tailored to local needs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to interface effectively between central teams, local colleagues, and external partners.
- Strong analytical skills to identify, report and resolve operational challenges, ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations and standards.
- A commitment to addressing client needs and questions related to operations, ensuring satisfaction and continuous improvement.
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
