Summer 2026 Enterprise Operations Internship | Hybrid

Job description

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated summer interns for our Enterprise Operations team. Ideal candidates are analytical, energetic, and outgoing, with high integrity and sound judgment. You should possess strong critical-thinking and organizational skills, along with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. A service-oriented mindset and project management skills are also important. As an intern, you will support various aspects of Operations and contribute to Allianz's overall business success. The internship will involve working in areas such as Contact Center, Policy Holder Services, Strategic Planning, Change Management, and Communications, as well as participating in diverse project initiatives that drive the business forward.

 

What you do:

  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work alongside experienced professionals to support daily operations, gain practical experience, and contribute ideas during team meetings to enhance efficiency.
  • Develop and Enhance Documentation: Create and improve documentation and process flows, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices for clear and accurate information sharing.
  • Engage in Special Projects: Participate in various projects by conducting research, analyzing data, and providing insights to support strategic decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams for impactful results.
  • Join Cross-Functional Group Projects: Work with other interns on group initiatives to foster collaboration and innovation.

 

What you bring:

  • Educational Background: Pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Motivation and Initiative: Self-driven with a proactive approach to tasks, eager to take ownership and push initiatives forward.
  • Adaptability: Flexible in adjusting to changing priorities and effective in a dynamic environment, ready to embrace new challenges and learn from experiences.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating ideas clearly. Experience in creating presentations or reports is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Skilled in critical and creative thinking to tackle complex problems, with experience in identifying issues and implementing solutions in a fast-paced setting.
  • You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas.

 

Job posting range $20/hr - $24/hr  

 

Note the job posting range is exclusive of company benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, competencies, and/or education. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
