Job description

What you do

• Perform Microsoft Windows Server administrative activities such as installation, configuration, upgrade, patching etc.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to the Windows environment.
• Plan and coordinate changes, upgrades and new services deployment, ensuring correct operation of the environment.
• Monitor systems/services health, including diagnosis and root cause analysis with various tools, analyze logs, handle errors, finds resolution or perform workarounds.
• Managing AD, DNS, ADFS, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager.
• Manage VMware virtual environment. 

What you bring

• Minimum of 3 years of equivalent work experience.
• Good knowledge and understanding of server and network infrastructure.
• Fluent English - written and spoken.
• Fluent Bulgarian - written and spoken.
• Experience with PowerShell.
• Knowledge in any of the Web and Middleware products like IIS, TomCat, PHP etc.
• Basic database administration knowledge (MSSQL Server, Oracle).
• Expertise with Office 365 products.
• Expertise in Windows Server administration
• Expertise VMWare virtual environment
• Understanding of ITIL principles for incident management and escalation
• Experience with ticketing systems

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Strong interpersonal skills to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Qualifications & Education:

• College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science or communication technologies

Significant advantage would be:

• Citrix and NetScaler experience.
• Experience with Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP)
