Department Description & Job Purpose
We are looking for a Working Student to join our People Experience Germany team!
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR Business Partners. You will support the team with various topics and gain a broad insight into different HR processes.
Key responsibilities
- Providing support with operational tasks and ad-hoc requests
- Managing employee requests and inquiries
- Assisting with various HR processes and ongoing projects
- Collaborating with different teams on HR topics, including:
- Talent Management
- Compensation & Benefits
- Learning & Development
- Onboarding, etc.
Key requirements
- Enrollment in a German University (for working student positions) or (for an internship) in a gap year. Student status throughout the duration of the contract.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, Law, or similar
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German
- Previous internship/working student experience is advantageous but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple topics simultaneously
- Available to start in January and are interested in a working student position (minimum 12 months, 20 hours/week)
