Elevate Commercial Insights as a Sales Data Expert at Allianz
Are you ready to play a crucial role in our Strategy Development & Data Analytics department? Allianz is seeking a driven Sales Data Expert to enhance our commercial reporting capabilities. Analyze, automate, and visualize data while playing a key role in data developments within tools like Salesforce and PowerBI.
As a Sales Data Expert, you will bridge the gap between the data world and the commercial realm. You will analyze data, detect trends, and formulate recommendations to improve our commercial activities. Additionally, you will optimize and automate processes and reports, design dashboards, and lead projects requiring data expertise.

Your Responsibilities:
Bridge Builder: Serve as the central contact point for data specialists, account managers, brokers, and partners.
Architect of Date-driven Sales Organization: Support the CEO/CSO to build a data-driven Sales Organization with insightful dashboards and robust forecasts.
Data Detective: Analyze data, detect trends, and formulate recommendations.
Process Optimizer: Research and implement optimizations and automations including lifting existing legacy processes to our Snowflake and PowerBI tech-stack
Dashboard Designer: Create visually appealing dashboards for stakeholders.
Project Leader: Lead or contribute to projects requiring data expertise, such as within Salesforce.
Innovation Follower: Stay informed about data strategies and new tools.
Your Profile:
Fluency in Dutch, French, and English? Check! A Master's degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Economics, Business Information, etc.) or equivalent experience? Check! Relevant experience as a Data Analyst and in project management? Check! Result-oriented and solution-focused with a sharp analytical mind? Check! Effective communicator, both independently and in a team? Check! Familiar with tools like Snowflake, SAS and PowerBI, additional R, Python, VBA, MicroStrategy, PowerBI, and Collibra? Check! Passionate about translating and visualizing data into insights? Check!
