This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in customer experience strategies, data analysis, and customer experience culture.

What You'll Do:

• Insight Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with the CX Insights team to conduct research aimed at enhancing policyholder experiences. You'll also play a key role in developing detailed Allianz employee personas for journey mapping, providing a foundation for experience improvements.
• CX Day Planning: Partner with the CX Office to orchestrate CX Day—a celebration dedicated to customer experience excellence. You'll design engaging activities and create impactful collateral to foster a strong CX culture at Allianz.
• Journey Mapping Support: Support our Journey Owners and Managers to build out robust customer journeys to help us improve the experiences of our financial professionals, policyholders, beneficiaries, and employees.

• Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI)

What You Bring:

• Educational Background: Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields that explore human behavior and interaction.
• Multitasking Ability: Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with multiple leaders to achieve strategic goals.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across various departments.
• Analytical Experience: Familiarity with survey writing or statistical analysis is a plus, enhancing your ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.

• You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas.

Job posting range $20/hr - $24/hr  

Note the job posting range is exclusive of company benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, competencies, and/or education. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
