Market Management
Purpose of the Role
As an Activations Specialist, you will be supporting the execution of marketing events, campaigns, and sponsorship activations through creative production, logistical coordination, and budget monitoring. You will also develop multimedia collaterals and ensures brand compliance across outputs. You will provide day-to-day execution support to the Activations Lead, ensuring smooth delivery of activations and efficient documentation of results.
Responsibilities of the Role
- Event and Campaign Execution Support - Assist in planning, organization, and execution of marketing events and campaigns, providing logistical and technical support to ensure smooth activations.
- Creative and Multimedia Production - Develop marketing collaterals and digital assets (e.g., presentations, videos, event visuals) while ensuring all creative outputs are aligned with Allianz brand guidelines.
- Branded Merchandise Support - Provide creative and operational support in development, allocation, and distribution of branded merchandise across chapters.
- Budget and Administrative Support - Monitor and record activation expenses for reconciliation, and provide administrative support in approvals, documentation, and budget tracking.
Requirements for the Role
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Two years of experience in marketing support, events, activations, or creative production
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience with AI-driven adaptive learning technologies and data analysis for personalized training.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for content recommendation, automated assessment, and feedback.
