About the role
- Evaluate and nurture potential broker partners to expand the company's distribution network.
- Handle account management and maintenance activities across key commercial platforms in VIC, SA, and WA.
- Foster strong, enduring relationships with key brokers and stakeholders in the commercial network.
- Harmonize and manage the relationship with the commercial broker team.
- Work collaboratively with the National Schemes and Facilities Specialist to enhance Scheme usage across broker relationships.
- Lead prioritised projects with a strategic impact on Consumer Partners Distribution performance, supporting business development and growth opportunities.
About you
- Possesses highly developed consulting and influencing skills, adept at co-creating strategies and analytical solutions with key stakeholders.
- Brings a strong background in the general insurance industry, with experience in eCommerce, online platforms, and commercial risk classes.
- Exhibits strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to interpret data, identify patterns, and inform judgements and solutions.
- Demonstrates the ability to build effective relationships internally with key support teams, fostering collaboration.
- Communicates with clarity and impact, while showing enthusiasm for optimizing business value and delivering positive customer experiences.
- A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
