About the Role
As an OE IT Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the IT landscape of a dedicated Operating Entity (OE). You will act as a strategic partner to the OE onboarding manager and Business OE lead, collaborating closely with Allianz Technology delivery teams and external vendors.
You will lead the full delivery lifecycle—from onboarding and fit-gap analysis to build, testing, cutover, go‑live, and hypercare—ensuring the OE’s needs are met while aligning with our global IT architecture and standards. This is an opportunity to work at the heart of a global transformation program, influencing how our systems and processes evolve across Allianz.
What You Will Do
- Partner with the Global IT Lead and central team on program-related activities.
- Own and orchestrate the OE parameterization backlog across all delivery phases.
- Coordinate all IT resources supporting the delivery: central teams, OE onboarding teams, local IT, and vendors.
- Ensure seamless and high-quality OE IT delivery, collaborating with the OE onboarding manager and retained OE IT teams within Allianz Technology.
- Promote alignment with our common core standards, governance model, and enterprise IT architecture.
What You Bring
- A solid understanding of OE feeder inventory and OE business processes.
- Experience or familiarity with SAP systems.
- Strong connections or the ability to effectively collaborate with Allianz Technology project and run teams, as well as external vendors.
- Ability to oversee and guide an IT delivery that will later be operated in the run by Allianz Technology.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, enabling strong collaboration with OE leaders (CFO, Chief Accountant) and technical teams.
- A proactive approach to conflict management, with the ability to mediate across business, development, and operations.
- Curiosity and foundational understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications.
