Job Purpose/ Role

Would you like to join our team at Allianz Technology India as a Scrum Master and shape the future of Allianz Customer Service on a global level with us?

In our service team we do this with two core application: CCS and CAI. CCS stands for Contact Center Solutions. It is at the same time a team and our signature application. CAI stands for Conversational Artificial Intelligence. In the future, both services will be delivered from cloud platforms.

While CAI will designdeliver and run VoiceBots for Allianz entities worldwide based on Artificial Intelligence the CCS Cloud will deliver all tools for supervisor and agents to take customer calls with classical automation. Both services are delivered as Allianz group standard platforms. Both services currently buildi  global expert groups driving design, implementation and operations of the environment.

As a Scrum Master you will be responsible for servant leadership within the CCS service teams. Based in India you will be working closely with our global team (Spain, Germany, Austria, India). You will ensure and guide the team through the Scrum ceremonies, coach the team, ensure team harmony and help conflict resolutions. You will be working cross teams and cross products to ensure deliverables in an agile environment. Additionally, you will promote and support the implementation of the Agile Strategy across teams and the organization. You will provide support on training and guidance on Agile principles and best practices to Agile teams and leadership. This is an exciting job opportunity to contribute and shape the future of customer service at Allianz.  You will work in a fast-paced, multinational environment with a strong focus on best practices. The job requires proper communication and alignment with all stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities

·  Preparation, organization, facilitation and moderation of the Scrum ceremonies.
·  Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization, and individually coach the team to higher levels of maturity, at a sustainable pace for the team and organization.
·  Establish and report on agile metrics e.g. burn-down chart.
·  Responsible for the continuous improvement of agile teams and improvement in the trends of valid metrics with the intention of increasing customer value added, building quality in and increasing team satisfaction.
·  Educate teams and embrace agile mindset thoroughly by actively practicing the Scrum Values
·  Improve and support the optimal use of tools and processes across teams.
·  Positive attitude paired with a good portion of curiosity and a customer-centric service attitude.
·  Continuous improvement through implementation of various moderation techniques to allow quick and effective meetings leading to new insights and concrete actions.
·  Act as a servant leader and remove impediments on a team level to ensure the undisturbed focus of the team on the sprint goal.
·  Work closely with the Agile team and product owner of other Agile teams as well as with other scrum masters, the Agile coaches and project leaders.

Key Requirements & Skills

·  University degree or equivalent education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar qualification.
·  Minimum 2 years of work experience as Scrum Master / Agile Coach / Agile Delivery Lead role for at least one Scrum team working in the multinational digital software development area.
·  Strong knowledge in Scrum principles, practices and theory.
·  Good problem solving skills and well organized.
·  Strong intercultural skills to be able to work in an international environment.
·  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including facilitation, coaching and conflict management.
·  Supporter of servant leadership.
·  Enthusiast of innovation and continual improvements.
·  Full proficiency in English; further languages would be a plus.
·  Scrum Master / Agile Coaching / CSM / PSM / SAFe certification.
·  Knowledge of Agile methods and practices such as Kanban, Lean, XP, TDD.
