What you do
Achieve portfolio targets through nurturing of existing customer relationships and acquisition of new customers and renewal of existing customer relationships
Build and enhance relationships with both coustomers and brokers
Ensure long-term profitability and quality of customer portfolio
Reach targets of portfolio growth and quality
Renew existing policies
Identify cross- and up-selling opportunities
Ensure proper pricing
Take personal responsibility for the implementation of group-wide quality of service standards
Service customers based on EH standards or guidelines of Operational Manual
Interact closely with other core functions (i.e., Risk, Claims, PA)
Apply commercial underwriting standards to ensure profitability and quality of customer portfolio
What you bring
Market knowledge:
- Expert know-how in specifics of market
- Ability to build extensive network with close contacts to market
players, brokers and opinion leaders
Business expertise:
- Ability to generate and convert leads
- Expert knowledge in sales and negotiation skills, troubleshooting with brokers, clients and subordinates
Interpersonal skills:
- Ability to liaise with members of other core functions
- Ability to convince customers in negotiations
