What do you do

As part of the Performance Management team placed within our Operations Performance & Productivity division, the “Data Analyst ” is responsible for providing an accurate and comprehensive visibility of Operations performance to business owners, including Activity, Quality and Productivity indicators.  The primary duty of the Business Intelligence Analyst is to transform data into insight that can help to improve the value of the business. A Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for the success of the business because the organization uses data, they collect to discover areas of revenue loss and identify areas that need improvement in order to increase the company’s profits.  He/she will enable all stakeholders to make better and quicker decisions and thus ultimately improve the Operations´ performance as well as employee engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

·  Identify, collect and analyse the needs in terms of KPIs and dashboards required by the business stakeholders; including call center leaders, management as well as other functions and headquarter.
·  Develop a framework to methodically and qualitatively collect/store raw data from different sources, transform it into agreed upon KPIs, displayed into comprehensive regular dashboards at different frequencies (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly) and levels of granularity.
·  Monitor and analyse performance trends or patterns and proactively deliver alerts and actionable insights to relevant decision-makers;
·  Work closely with the headquarter team to ensure a successful local implementation of the global business intelligence tool (Powe BI  based).
·  Support business owners in preparing performance review presentations and act as a point of contact for the Headquarter to provide additional /ad-hoc KPI and analysis under agreed deadlines.
·  Document the business intelligence operating procedure, to be continuously updated/improved based on process evolutions and feedback from internal customers.
·  Collaborate and share best practices with team members, and undertake any additional task as required by the hierarchy.

 

Key Requirements/ Skills

 

·  College degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics/Applied Statistics, Finance or a related field
·  Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a data analysis/scientist /engineer, in a customer focused and performance-driven organization
·  Good knowledge in query and program languages such SQL, JavaScript
·  Experience in using ETL such as Pentaho, SSIS and reporting tools as SSRS, Report builder.
·  Experience with BI tool such as Power BI  MicroStrategy, Tableau.
·  Good command of English
·  Experience in Data management, Big Data, WFM, CRM and Telephony system is a strong advantage.
·  Ability to work in muti-task effectively
·  Fast learner and able to work well under pressure, good team spirit.
·  Good problem solving skill
·  Good attitude a self-motivated
