We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic intern to join our Global Performance team based in Milan as a Global Retail Performance Intern.

This is an outstanding opportunity for individuals with a passion for high-end luxury, a strong and proactive analytical mindset, and proficiency in leveraging data for strategic insights.
The selected intern will play a crucial role in supporting the reporting system while also contributing to the creation of cutting-edge tools on a global scale. This dual responsibility ensures a dynamic and engaging experience, allowing the intern to actively participate in both the analytical and innovative aspects of our team's initiatives worldwide.

 

Main Tasks and activties:

 

 

·  support the development of main retail tools
·  conduct data analysis of Sales and KPIs to extract valuable insights on business and operational trends
·  contribute to the development of data-driven strategies to elevate retail processes
·  prepare comprehensive presentations for management, ensuring that the content is insightful, visually appealing, and effectively communicates key information to facilitate informed decision-making at the executive level

 

Requirements:

 

·  Degree in Data Science, Business Management or a related field with a focus on analytics or digital development (a Master’s Degree will be a plus)
·  Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in high-end luxury and business trends
·  Proficiency in Office Suite (mainly Excel) and a foundational understanding of data analysis techniques.
·  Familiarity with any programming language (e.g. Python, JavaScript, HTML, Typescript) is a plus
·  Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills
·  Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment
