POSITION: TAILOR/SEAMSTRESS

REPORTS TO: STORE OPERATIONS MANAGER

JOB MISSION :

To perform sewing activities on garments to carry out repairs or alterations, adapting clothes to the customer's body shape using the available sewing equipment.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform modifications and adjustments to ready-to-wear garments, ensuring and respecting the established quality and deadlines.

• Ensure that garment alteration services such as measurements and adjustments are carried out.

• Iron and steam garments before delivery to the customer.

• Support colleagues Client Advisors during sales by providing customers with advice on fit and garment care.

• Be knowledgeable and up-to-date on styles, fabrics, and fit to provide customers with excellent service.

• Check the appointment schedule to organize and ensure that all activities are completed before scheduled meetings with clients.

• Ensure that the highest standards of customer service are maintained.
