We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic TEAM MANAGER H/F) with a strong passion for creating an exclusive experience for our customers. Responsibilities will include: 

 

Client : 

·  Be responsible for the customer experience in store by guaranteeing excellent client journey
·  Coach the team to exploit all the possibilities of connection and conversion, retention of new customers and reactivation of lost customers; constantly keep abreast of the progress of store sales and communicate positively to staff.
·  Assist the Store Manager in assigning quantitative and qualitative objectives and verify that these objectives are met.
·  Ensure the proper execution of CRM activities to achieve the objectives of retention, upgrade and conversion of prospects.
·  Ensure continuous progress of KPI performance indicators as set.
·  Ensure the inclusion of digital tools and assets in Customer Travel and Customer Routine and drive partner sales.
·  Listen to and take into account customer feedback by giving all relevant information to the Store Manager and General Management.
·  Assist sales staff or personally manage VIP customers
·  Manage all sensitive situations related to sales or after-sales activities (shop returns, end of season, customer returns, repairs, complaints).

 

Management & Team Coaching

·  Build the best team by recruiting and retaining talent, ensuring career development and succession plans.
·  Constantly evaluate the team’s skills and train this team on the foundations of the organization.
·  Communicate effectively monthly with advisors to review performance and provide constructive and timely feedback.
·  Reflect the company’s image in terms of standing and ensure that staff are aware of these levels.
·  Encourage a positive and professional team environment that promotes trust, integrity and high performance criteria, product handling criteria, setting an example.
·  Ensure appropriate onboarding of new hires.
·  Liaise with the Store Manager/Manager and other Team Leaders, as appropriate, to allocate tasks and responsibilities among sales staff.
·  Work with them on all employee relations issues to ensure effective resolution.
·  Works with the Store Manager and Human Resources on all employee relations issues to ensure effective resolution.
·  Ensure a regular and efficient cascade of the company’s content through morning briefings, product and CRM training, engaging animation of the store’s bulletin board, delegating if necessary.

 

 

Product handling

·  Perform his role in accordance with the policies and guidelines established by the General Management with regard to the security of personnel and products, image and operations of the store.
·  Liaises with inventory teams to ensure inventory supply and appropriate assortment.
·  Ensure all necessary measures for the safety of valuable products, materials and furniture both in the sales area and in stocks.
·  Guarantee end of season returns and product transfers.
·  Perform regular inventory checks and provide the team with all inventory information.

In-store operations

·  Ensures compliance with administrative and operational procedures.
·  Manages the collection and payment systems and security of goods in accordance with company procedures and policies.

Store image

·  Ensures visual criteria and ensures guidelines are followed in the store. Ensure order, cleaning and internal presentation.
·  Liaise with the Store Visual Manager to plan layout of presentation elements; verify and report on the effectiveness of visual criteria for sales.

 

Competencies:

·  You have a previous experience as a Manager in a luxury house of about 3 years.
·  You have a strong team spirit, enjoy challenges and have management and coaching skills.
·  You know how to motivate employees through transparent and effective communication.
·  You have a very good understanding of performance indicators and a strong ability to implement action plans to improve them.
·  You speak fluent French and English, third language will be appreciated.
