We are looking for a PRODUCT AND TRADE MARKETING PLANNER to be hired for a maternity leave substitution .
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Daily management of product marketing timeline and project mapping documents.
· Daily organization of sample pulls for Product and Trade marketing shoots, supporting in the coordination of asset development for all product pushes
· Support colleagues in the Trade & Product marketing teams with 360° seasonal and special project documents, and management of macro timelines and inter-team contribution coordination
· Support Product Marketing team’s role acting as a link between Regional Marcomm Offices and HQ to ensure that the global marketing framework is aligned in local marketing plans, local market needs are identified, and timeframes are synchronized, coordinating the execution of global communications strategies.
· Support colleagues within the Product & Trade marketing teams with the development and execution of the brand’s marketing framework to support brand objectives.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches and that all marketing initiatives are aligned with the defined brand strategy.
· Collaborate with Product & Trade marketing teams in developing positioning strategies that differentiate Valentino’s Womenswear, Menswear & Licenses from other competitors in the market and drive consumer demand both across our channels and third-party channels.
· Proactively provide ideas on how to support all categories – Menswear, Womenswear, and Licenses (Valentino Beauty & Eyewear) – both in terms of product assortment and marketing initiatives.
· Support development of regional special projects and capsules for all Valentino offices, such as for China, SEA, Korea, Japan, USA, Brazil, and Europe, working with the regional coordinator to execute local marketing initiatives according to Global marketing guidelines and local objectives.

REQUIREMENTS
· Experience: 1-2+ years’ experience in a similar role preferably in the fashion luxury industry. Previous experience in Product or Trade Marketing or PR Product.
· Education: Laurea Triennale or Magistrale/Bachelor’s degree in communications or marketing
· Languages: Italian (C1 or Native speaker) and English (B2 -> Native speaker) – very fluent in written and oral.
· Technical skills: Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
· Soft skills: Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills with the ability to work efficiently and effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment; Ability to work independently and proactively; Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced team environment whilst meeting critical deadlines; Excellent communication and active listening; Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and work proactively on multiple projects simultaneously.
