JOB PURPOSE

If you are eager to be responsible for planning and execution, coordination and evaluation of trade marketing activities and projects , including innovation, portfolio, activation, promotion, in-store communication, budgeting with full accountability for the category activation plan, then this role is just for you!
In this position you would be also responsible for Home & Hygiene (H&H) S&OP processes, short/mid term rolling forecast and would play a key role in delivering key category execution KPIs, such as distribution, promo and pricing related ones.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
· Manage the rolling activity plan with budget ownership
· Plan, execute, coordinate and evaluate trade marketing activities and projects incl. trade and shopper activations together with POP executive
· Manage promo plan according to promo guidelines, monitoring flyer numbers, flyer shares, and promotional prices
· Track execution of activity plan, in-store communication incl. POS activities - Track and evaluate rolling activity plan incl. competitors, drive insight for growth/profitability
· Prepare analyses from available source of data (i.e. Nielsen scan track, scanning database etc.) for promotions and other ad-hoc ones based on Key Account (KA) or Customer Marketing (CM) brief
· Track and evaluate in store marketing investment/effectiveness
· Propose actions to improve promo efficiency
· Manage corporate or Home Care umbrella activity programs and events with Customer together with POP executive including opportunities for value adding, experimenting, couponing
· Manage perfect execution of the activity plan by continuously keeping contact with the key account management team, focusing on the promotion management and promo evaluations
· Responsible for excellent in store shopper activation and communication, drive shopper insights into action
· Continuously monitor the performance for the given category/channel
· Create and track trade plan of launches, in-outs and re-launches through the KA team
· Manage short/mid-term rolling forecast (S&OP)
· Manage repack/copack development and processes with Supply Chain
· Look for insights to best attract shoppers per channel/customer
· Manage run-out and obsolete processes
· Support with insights and proposals to deliver key category execution KPIs, such as distribution, promo and pricing related ones
As a team member:
· Works closely with Customer Marketing Home&Hygiene senior manager/marketing/sales/supply chain sharing relevant information
· Shares relevant information with Key Account and Sales team in a structured way
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
· Trade marketing, Customer Marketing or Marketing experience is a big advantage
· Language skills: native Hungarian & fluent English knowledge
· Excellent IT skills are required, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· College or University degree
· Category Growth Management knowledge and Channel & customer understanding
