Job description
工作职责:
1、负责LKA渠道的销售管理,完成公司下达的销售指标;
2、负责区域内相关LKA的管理与维护;合同的谈判及拟定,日常促销档期计划和跟进
3、按照公司政策,合理使用及管控渠道费用,确保市场的良性运作;
4、建立完整的客户资源库,维护销售渠道,与客户建立长期良好的合作关系;
5、上级主管交办的其他工作。
任职资格:
1、具备3年以上快消品行业销售工作经验,3年以上同区域同渠道岗位工作经验;
2、熟悉KA操作,有一定的资源及良好的客情;
3、具备较强的客户管理能力和商务谈判能力;
4、逻辑思维清晰,有强烈的事业心、抗压性和自信心,具有优秀的沟通能力
