Main Job Purpose
Procurement contact and business partner for Procurement Operations team in North Africa, running Procurement excellence activities and Digital Agenda for 2024.
Job Responsibilities
· Manage the business Deck update.
· Vendors System Onboarding and Modifications
· Support Responsible Sourcing Program Registration and follow-ups.
· Review Suppliers Quality Performance
· Update Contracts Validity
· Maintain North Africa Procurement Streamlines, Localization, Saving, Resilience, Suppliers Database.
· support cost savings and innovation programs based on sourcing strategies and best practices (e.g. E-tendering)
· Execute the rationalization strategy for suppliers, materials, and services to meet Unilever's business requirements.
· Ensure the satisfaction of Unilever's internal customers with the services provided by the procurement organization.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or anyrelevant fields
· 0-2 years of experience in relevant Procurement, Logistics or analyst positions, with a proven track record
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
· Strong Negotiation and presentation skills
· Strong proficiency of MS Office is a must
· Power PI, SAP and Ariba is a great advantage
· Ability to synthesize and present information effectively and tailored to different audiences.
· Excellent business judgment and problem-solving skills to identify issues, present creative, practical solutions, and make and commit to sound decisions, anticipating short- and long-term implications.
