The Territory Business Manager – Cranbourne, VIC role is designed to be fully functional in the 4-Day work week trial.
Job Summary
We are looking for an exceptional Territory Business Manager – Cranbourne, VIC and will oversee the delivery of Retail annual Gross Sales Value and Underlying Sales Growth sales target by defending expanding customer base, and by ensuring that sales opportunities are identifies whilst building customer relationships with State Single Site Operators (SSO’s).
Implementing the Customer Marketing Plan & field priorities to the agreed KPI’s.
· Achievement of sales targets for Retail. (Coles / WW / Metcash)
· Achievement of all Perfect Store Targets
· Implementation of the State OH&S plan
· Build and Leverage stores relationships across the Retail Channel
Role Responsibilities:
· Responsible for delivering business plans through close collaboration / working with major customers including Metcash / Coles & WW
· Delivering on all KPI’s and winning with customers with MS
· Ensure activity plans, NPD launches / distribution targets are achieved
· Assist with identifying and developing new growth opportunities. Negotiate / manage contracts with any new customers
· Manage indirect expenses within budget and/or guidance
· Manage / implement business initiatives (e.g., Perfect store roll-out)
· Participate in the State responsible for all business teams for facilities, OH&S and security
· Ensure safe driving principal targets are achieved to moderate rating
