Main Job Purpose
The TIGI sales supervisor will play an important role in achieving our ambition to strengthen TIGI top 1 masstige styling brand in China and cultivate W&C as the second growth engine. This role should assist to develop channel strategy, business support model in terms of drivers, key JBTD, 618/D11 promotion landing and brand campaign execution working with MKT. Lead category operation excellence and dynamic resource management to ensure business delivery from top line to bottom line
Some of the key deliverables for the role will be
Business Monitoring
· Delivery S&OP and P&L via dynamic BMI & TTS management
· Ongoing analysis of key business metrics & competition movements in channel, continue to seek improvement on investment effectiveness and efficiency
· Lead topline forecast & stock management via close cooperation with planning team
E-commerce & Social Commerce Development
· Drive growth in EC (TMALL etc) & Social Commerce channel (TikTok etc) through portfolio optimization, esp lead scale up plan for 618/D11 with dedication for EC channel to generate sales online.
· Responsible for routine channel execution & results delivery, constantly lead optimization of investment and execution
· Lead shopper insight into category development agenda (use more, more usage and more user), develop eCRM communications plans for site performance growth, retention & conversion.
Channel Opportunity Pioneer
· Explore new online & offline channels (e.g. PDD, COS, Salon) with right route-to-market to support business expansion
REMARK: As the styling category is new to Unilever and we want to build a sizeable business with high speed the role asks for flexibility and creativity whilst the solid eCommerce skills need to be synergised at the same time. Hence the talent who leads this role will need strong (data) marketing skills, solid strategic thinking, a high bias for action, high interest for consumers, deep passion for digital marketing, personal interest in styling, openness to new ideas and approaches, willingness to work with the team to make an impact on the market and a sense of responsibility, measuring performance by results.
The role will report to the China TIGI Lead (MKT+Sales), based in Shanghai. The role will mainly interface with China commercial teams, functional teams in China (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, etc.)
Critical Requirements for the Job- Key Skills Experiences / Qualifications
· Minimum 2 years experience in Ecommerce area (ALI/DY)
· Experience in styling/salon brands/hair brands/beauty brands is a plus
· Strong customer and consumer focus and knowledge in business
· Good communication and business acumen
· Bachelor degree above
· Fluent in Mandarin and English.
· Good skill in power point & Excel.
