About the Health & Wellbeing unit

China H&W business incubated from 2020 with 2 brands launches (Olly & SmartyPants), which has proven its early success in China. Our current business mainly came from Cross-Border eCommerce (CBEC), with huge growth potential in portfolio, penetration as well as online/offline channels. To ensure its continuous hypergrowth and sufficient support with an agile model, China H&W business now reports to H&W GBU directly under Beauty & Wellness business group.
Main Job Purpose
The SP Tmall FGS Assistant Manager will play a key role in achieving our ambition to build UL China H&W to be a first-class VMS company and excellent in EC & digital world. This role will play a strategic role in developing a holistic FGS strategy and perfect execute to make sure our investment on EC & digital on SP has outstanding market share and return of investment.
Some of the key deliverables for the role will be
T-mall Flagships Owner & TP management
· Achieve T-mall Global flagship store net sales
· Manage A&P within guidance and continue to seek improvement on effectiveness and efficiency
· Manage and guide TP’s operation strategy, plans and execution of flagship store in Tmall in terms of merchandising, activity planning, customer service and logistic delivery.
· Evaluate the performance of key metrics like UV, Conversion, AUS and Return rate on a weekly basis in order to increase brand sales and profit
· Monitor TP’s daily operation to ensure the brand equity and business target are well addressed
Business Analysis & Reporting
· Analysis of sales, site performance, CRM campaigns and marketing programs.
· Ongoing analysis of key business metrics including classification and key item sales, site traffic, conversion analysis, email database growth and behavior, marketing programs.
E-marketing & Operation
· Constantly improve site usability together with marketing team and TP.
· Direct and implement regular Taobao event to generate more traffic and sales.
· Responsible for keeping track and updating monthly marketing calendars, sending correspondence with updates to TP or internal team.
· Create reports to analyze marketing results.
· Track and analyze competition in Taobao platform.
· Develop eCRM communications plans for site performance growth, retention & conversion.
As the VMS Category is new to Unilever and we want to build a sizeable business with high speed the role asks for flexibility and creativity whilst the solid UL marketing capabilities and skills need to be synergised at the same time. Hence the marketer who leads this role will need strong (data) marketing skills, solid strategic thinking, a high bias for action, high interest for consumers, deep passion for digital marketing, personal interest in health, openness to new ideas and approaches, willingness to work with the team to make an impact on the market and a sense of responsibility, measuring performance by results.
The role will report to the China Health & Wellbeing Category Commercial Lead, based in Shanghai. The role will mainly interface with China commercial team, functional teams in China (Brand team, Finance, Supply Chain, legal, CMI, etc)

Relevant Experience
Essential:
· Minimum 3 years experience in Ecommerce area in multinationals or TP
· Strong background in Tmall or Tmall global store operation is a must
· Experience in VMS/beauty/Baby & mother industry related brand is a plus
· Strong customer and consumer focus and knowledge in business
· Excellent interpersonal skills with strong adaptability into a dynamic environment
· Preferred to be creative with entrepreneurship spirit and can work independently
· Bachelor degree above
