Job description

Role& Responsibilities:

1、负责抖音快手小店日常管理,提升抖店精细化运营，完成抖店销售目标；

2、负责品牌抖音自播/达播管理，完成目标拆解，确保项目进度及业绩目标达成；

3、挖掘和引进各类直播内容，策划直播脚本，丰富直播玩法；

4、通过货品规划，活动规划，粉丝运营等提升主播销售数据，对 GMV 结果负责；

5、组织复盘每场直播各项数据，制定相应的策略，提出合理化的改进建议；

6、抖音达播机制的制定和管理；

Requirements:

1、有抖音电商平台运营 2 年以上相关经验；熟悉抖音等自媒体平台的玩法、规

则，对电商直播运营提出可执行的优化策略；

2、熟悉互联网行业以及新媒体传播特点，创意创造以及热点结合能里突出；

3、良好的沟通表达能力，热爱社交媒体，熟练运营社交媒体以及软件、有

独立的创新精神；

4、销售结果导向，可以快速的接受新事物、新知识、有想法、思维活跃、行动力和执行力

强、认真完成上级指定的工作任务指标；
