Job description
岗位职责:
参与制定达人带货销售目标,并根据该目标负责制定抖音、快手、小红书的达人矩阵、货品矩阵、谈判策略及具体执行;
负责抖音及快手渠道达播的谈判及实施,控制达播费用率;
达人分析,筛选适合品牌的优质达人,并撰写定制化达人卖进deck;
达播竞品分析,包括但不限于上播数据监控、品类分析、商品分析等;
根据品牌策略策划创新的、符合品牌理念的活动,确保直播间用户获得优质的消费体验,同时有较好的GMV产出;
及时处理达播过程中出现的各类问题;
建立良好的内外部沟通渠道,协调各方资源推进达播渠道的开拓。
候选人要求:
1: 2-3年的电商工作经验, 达播经验是必须
2. 美妆或者个护行业经验为佳
3. 优秀的数据分析能力,对数字敏感度高;
4. 具备良好的抗压能力,善于解决问题。
