Job description
Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job
· Microbiome is playing import roles for Scalp and Skin health. This exciting new role created in Shanghai will be leading an expertise group in Microbiome area to strengthen team capabilities and innovate with business impact.
Main Accountabilities
· Lead local expertise group in Microbiome area to develop Innovations for Scalp and Skin health with impactful business delivery.
· Strengthen team’s capability in Microbiome Space to unleash the power of microbiome activity including establishing cutting-edge OI collaborations.
· A key member in Global Human Microbiome team for novel capability, insights and technology development.
· Partner with Category and BG Brand to define future technology and priorities.
· Partner with global S&T platforms and Clinical teams for x-expertise collaboration.
· Team leadership, Science communication.

Key Skills
· Experience in global design or S&T is a must
· Experience in Personal / Beauty care product category is a must
·
· Good verbal and written English is a must
· Strong personal leadership, take extra miles to influence for results
· Strong communication and culture fluency
Relevant Experience
· Post Graduate or above with knowledge of Science in Microbiology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry.
· Prefer at least 3 years of working experiences on either global design or S&T
· People leadership experience
