Job description

This role:  

In this role you will support Unilever Home Care brands scientific communication content creation for E-commerce and multiple social media channels to build Unilever Home Care image as an admiring and responsible Home Care company. You will combine the full power of product technology with impactful and targeted communication to bring our superior products to life in engaging and compelling ways.

Main accountabilities: 

· 
Design and deliver creative content by converting technical superiority into technology based distinctive brand assets to drive product superiority with stakeholders, customers and consumers. 

· 
Based on deep consumer insights knowledge, translate advanced technology and superior product performance into appealing storytelling. Build Design-for-Channels led KBS assets continually for all HC categories (including Fab Clean, Fab Enhancer, H&H, device), to address our consumers wherever they are and talk with them in their own language. 

· 
Create innovative demos to show product superiority on d-commerce platforms and transform it into creative short video contents on different social medias (eg. Douyin\\Redbook), to engage with audiences and execute brilliant consumer and trade stories.  

· 
Draft and polish talk science soft articles with language appeal to target consumers who like to surf on internet, and post at Unilever Home Care official account at Wechat\\Redbook\\Zhihu platforms.  

· 
Monitor and consolidate competitor claims intelligence, create narratives that excite consumers, generate superior claims to fulfil different channels and lead the edges against competitors. 

· 
Partner with marketing team and other R&D/non-R&D functions to build and drive the KBS program on how to bring science to life across channels and audiences.  

· 
Consolidate the understanding of channels’ and audiences’ specific needs for KBS / science communication to deliver KBS Guidelines to guide teams in assets development. 

· 
Work closely with the Global HC community to ensure networking, support in the global KBS program delivery and share learnings and best practice examples from North Asia. 

· 
Bring the latest digital trends into the program and upskilling teams to unleash creativity and to find new engaging ways to showcase product performance.

Strong communicator and influencer.

A passion to learn and willingness to develop new skills. 

· 
Experience in basic video editing and storyboard creations.
