Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job

The role is to provide consumer technical insights and translation into product design, claims and demos to maximize the impact of technology opportunity, in order to drive superior products in the market and bring innovation to life for consumers.

Main Accountabilities

1. Lead and deliver claims development and support for HH projects OTIF. Based on deep consumer insight, translate advanced technology and superior product performance into appealing strorytelling. Build KBS assets continually for H&H.

2. Be responsible for validation and implementation of new methods for generating and supporting claims for innovation.

3. Translate claims into demonstrations (demos) that are consumers relevant and drive innovation understanding with cosumers. Utilize digital tools and create short video contents on different social medias, eg. Douyin\\Redbook, to engage with audiences and execute brilliant consumer and trade stories.

4.Monitor and consolidate competitor claims intelligence, create narratives that excite consumers, generate superior claims to fulfill different channels and lead the edges against competitors.

5.Lead consumer studies (sensory, qualitative, quantitative) to guide formulation design direction and drive for superior product performance.

--Chemical background, experience in claims, demos, consumer & sensory sciences

--Problem solving skills and can deal with conflicts under pressure

--Demonstrate creative spirit in daily work

--Good communication skills & proven ability to interact across a range of functions
