POSITION: Senior Executive Brand Marketing

LOCATION: Vientiane Capital, Laos

ABOUT THE ROLE:

·  This individual will be working towards leading and developing BWPC category (Vaseline, Citra, LUX) in the setting of marketing strategic plan, brand activation and brand communication in order to drive brand growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

·  Develop and execute brand strategy and plan
·  Manage day-to-day activity of the brand to ensure that strategies are effectively executed.
·  Ensure that brand budget and business targets are met
·  Implement agreed communication plan (with agencies where appropriate)
·  Ensure marketing spending are properly allocated
·  Explore new markets/products and introduce new brands where appropriate
·  Work with Trade Marketing team to ensure effective execution
·  Analyze data to obtain consumer insights that will grow the brand
·  Analyze sales data and understand sales performance

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

·  Degree in Marketing or related field.
·  1 year experience in brand/product management (preferably in FMCG or Retail) is a plus.
·  Skill in marketing principles and media management.
·  Ability to engage international and local brand teams effectively.
·  Understands implications of actions on the brand and business.
·  Innovative as well as willing to learn new things.
·  Strong presentation and communication skill in English.
