Job description
岗位职责:
· 主要负责酱油酿造的发酵工艺研究, 基于对酱油酿制机理的研究,根据新产品或产品质量升级的需求,开发酱油酿制新工艺
· 负责酱油新产品研发相关的实验室以及中试工厂相关工作
· 与公司内部市场部, 供应链等进行跨部门沟通, 推进新品研发计划, 解决生产过程中的新问题,保证工艺/产品质量稳定
· 协助实验室以及中试车间的管理
任职资格:
· 本科以上学历,微生物学,发酵,食品加工等相关专业;
· 发酵食品相关工作/研究经验优先,包括但不限于酱油,醋,酒类等。
· 英语能力良好,能满足工作需求
