Job description
Mission of the role:
Lead the management and development of Key Customers in Watsons align with customer mission, to build sustainable & profitable business growth and achieve competitive growth towards shared goal.
R&R:
· Professional customer management
1. Develop Annual Key Customer strategy and business plans in line with H&B Strategy
2. Lead the regular business communication with customer and organize monthly business plan including promotion and campaign plan.
3. Develop competitive business plan based on market trend and observation.
· Tightly and effective Internal & external collaboration
1. Collaborate with internal stakeholder to do the business negotiation and determine business model.
2. Identify, share and feedback the portfolio & Best Practices in Key Customer Management observe from competitors and other categories in the market.
3. Closely work out O+O omni model to drive business.
· Resilience on striving for growth
1. Strong resilience to achieve business target under fierce skin category competition.
Requirements:
1. Fluent/Good in English
2. Good presentation and interpersonal skills
3. Experience and knowledge of Key Account Management
4. Watsons/ skin related experience is preferred
