抖音自播运营助理经理

Job description

1.负责抖音自播店铺直播管理工作，制定直播运营方案，为直播的整体目标业绩负责；

2.制定并优化直播运营方案，把控内容架构，根据平台产品调性迭代策略及玩法；

3.整合符合品牌的属性和用户画像 ，制定品牌直播投放策略和引流内容规划；

4.负责直播选品工作，并且推动商品部门货品优化开发工作；

5.统筹和执行主播的日常直播工作，及时跟踪主播的业绩数据，对直播情况进行复盘，提出优化方案；

6.协调对接、直播前选品、发货、售后等相关事宜；
