Job description

We are seeking for a passionate Key Account Manager to be part of the strategic and fastest growing channel – ecommerce.

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for running a profitable business with e-commerce partners across all our divisions.

Joining our team, you will become a part of amazing and strategic team in fast growing channel.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES:

· 
Achieve Sales Targets - You will be responsible of meeting the sales targets.

· 
Strategy Implementation - Implementation of Unilever product strategies for dedicated clients taking into account the unique demands of both omnichannel and pure players.

· 
Negotiation - Negotiations of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and commercial conditions with clients annually and throughout the year, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

· 
Market Share Growth - Collaborate with dedicated clients to build market shares to stay competitive.

· 
Financial Management - Effectively manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) as well as marketing and commercial budgets.

· 
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to our clients, including content, marketing, trade marketing, and other teams.

· 
Client Relationship Building - Establish long-term mutually beneficial relationships with clients, fostering partnership growth.

· 
Funnel Optimization - Continuously analyze and work on the effectiveness of the shopping funnel to enhance customer experience and drive sales.

Communication and Negotiation - Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for successful client interactions and partnership development.

E-commerce Interest - A keen interest in the e-commerce market and an understanding of emerging sales channels.

Financial Acumen - Proficiency in managing Profit and Loss (P&L) and financial acumen

Cross-Functional Teamwork - Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team, driving added value for both Unilever and our customers.

Language Skills - Advanced English skills.

Computer skills - MS Office.
